6-Lane Lap (81-83°) & Warm Water Pool (91-93°) LifeWorks strives to offer members both lap swimming and water classes. We do our best to have at least one lane open for lap swimming. Our water exercise classes are included in membership.
Warm Water Arthritis Program
Free classes for our members. Classes are held in our warm water pool (temperature is 91 - 93 degrees). These classes are ongoing, members can join anytime.
Limited use of the Warm Water pool during Physical Therapy:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 10 - 12PM,
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4 - 5:30PM
Fridays: 10AM - 12PM & 3 - 4PM

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the treatment of disorders of the human body by the manipulation of soft tissue (muscles, tendons) performed by a licensed Massage Therapist. LifeWorks Massage Therapists are all licenced by the State Medical Board of Ohio and have numerous years of experience. Gift Certificates are available. Pilates Reformer Training
Improve Balance, Strength, Posture and Flexibility by exercising on the Pilates Reformer.
Group classes consists of four (4) to six (6) participants to provide personalized attention. Private and Duet training is also available.
Introductory Pilates Reformer Class:
We offer beginner classes designed to introduce you to the Pilates Reformer. Space is limited to six participants.

LifeWorks for Kids Area
LifeWorks for Kids is a babysitting area available for children six weeks to 13 years old while their parent/guardian works out. The Kids Area provides interactive care for the children. It features a variety of toys, games, the wii, arts and crafts as well as an outdoor play area. The staff is very interactive with the children and the children's activities are well-monitored and well supervised. Parents must remain on the LifeWorks premises at all times. Daily fee is required or children can be added on to your membership.
